hotels in tampa bay

Madeira Beach, unlike some of the other Tampa Bay beaches, is a quieter, more family-oriented beach. It doesn't boast large hotels with tons of commotion surrounding. Instead, Condos on Madeira Beach are more commonplace, and they serve as the idea vacation spot for families wanting to explore Tampa Bay's beautiful beaches.
The area's condos, unlike hotels along Pinellas' Gulf Coast, typically offer fully-furnished rooms with full-sized kitchens, along with a washer and dryer, making it far more practical to stay for a week or longer - and more affordable. You can book stay at a condo on Madeira Beach for half the price of a hotel room on St. Pete Beach.
In addition to providing full-sized kitchens so you can prepare home-cooked meals for loved ones, most resorts offer outdoor dining areas poolside, equipped with grills so you can grill fresh-caught fish while soaking up the sun.
Madeira offers a lot of family-friendly attractions within close proximity to timeshares and beach condos, including historic John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, with tons of shops, recreation, and restaurants for you to enjoy. You can eat at the Friendly Fisherman or Gators, go parasailing, rent jetskiis, or grab an iced coffee.
There's also nearby miniature golf, which is an inexpensive way for the whole family to have a good time, along with Dolphin Watch Tours, dinner cruises, a pirate ship expedition, and fishing tours. And of course, you can't forget the nightly sunsets - definitely a can't-miss.
There's nothing like a sunset on Florida's West Coast. Walk along the shoreline hand-in-hand with the ones you love, have a beach picnic on a blanket, build a sand castle, or play beach volleyball with the other families as the last bit of sun illuminates the shore. If you prefer something more intimate, watch the sun set from your very own private balcony over a candle-lit dinner. The possibilities are virtually endless!

Howard Johnshon Inn Clearwater

When I first arrived at St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport in January, I already knew where I wanted to stay.
Before my trip, I had read the Tampa Tribune on line seeking a rental unit for under $500 a month (Good luck). What I found was worth the money, but more than I could afford.
The Howard Johnson Express on South Dale Mabry is everything I needed, and the weather was gorgeous that first night - 70 degrees and a clear, starlit sky compared to the frozen tundra of Cleveland, OH. Unfortunately, I misread the ad and it wasn't $500 a month.
This particular hotel is situated within a mile of a multi-screen movie theater, bicycle shop and several churches. It is also the closest to MacDill Air Force Base at two miles away. Also two miles away is a 9-mile walkway that runs parallel to Bayshore Boulevard. At the shopping plaza where the movie theater is located, you can catch a bus that will carry you across the Gandy Bridge to Pinellas County. (That is something else. Parallel to the Gandy Bridge is a pedestrian bridge that cyclists and walkers can use to cross the bay!).
Back to the hotel. This is a wonderful place with king size beds, microwave/refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeepot, iron/ironing board and safe in every room. There are family, jacuzzi and kitchenette suites, a large fitness room, outdoor pool (it's Florida) and complimentary breakfast with free newspaper. The service there is impeccable. I was able to keep my 18-speed road bicycle outside and it was never stolen. On my last day, the desk clerk called a cab at my request that arrived within five minutes!
North of the hotel are a library, fire station, Publix, Raymond James Station, Tampa International Airport. Busch Gardens is about 13 miles to the northeast, downtown Tampa is five miles away and Ybor City is six miles.
My last article of questions was about you, as the potential Franchisee, asking hard questions of your Franchisor or Company. This time it is about questions you must ask yourself to enable you to get the best franchise opportunities USA. As with Part one we are assuming that you know what your Business strengths and weaknesses are, so you will be looking for a franchise opportunity in that niche.
